The Royal Foresters is a unique venue with warmth and charm to make your intimate wedding truly special. Set in the heart of Ascot, this historic building has been refurbished, remade and redesigned.

Our spacious function space, with its own fully staffed bar, is suited to 60 seated guests for your wedding breakfast or 70 standing guests for a buffet.

From start to finish you will be looked after by our dedicated team. On the day itself, you’ll experience a wonderfully warm ambience backed up by superb food and attentive service – altogether a truly remarkable experience.

Our chefs are dedicated to culinary excellence, and will create unique and sumptuous food, using the best ingredients, for your celebrations. Whether it’s a 3 course Wedding Breakfast, or a buffet for your Reception, we are here to create a package bespoke to your day. From welcome drinks and wines at the table through to the all-important Champagne toast we can help you make the perfect selection from our cellars.

Finished to a superb standard, each one of our timber lined bedrooms have been furnished with bespoke furniture, sourced from all over the world. Hand painted lampshades meet classic turn of the century modern fabrics, with cushions and throws lovingly crafted by Melin Tregwyne, making each of our 24 bedrooms a calm and relaxing place to stay at the end of the big day.
